Deposits to your 522win PKR Wallet may be made using any Supported Payment Method. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. 522win does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers — including JazzCash and EasyPaisa — may apply their own transaction charges, for which 522win bears no liability.
Deposits are credited to your 522win Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your PKR Wallet within thirty (30) minutes of a confirmed provider transaction, contact 522win support with your transaction reference number for manual investigation.

All transactions on 522win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR-denominated deposits or withdrawals. USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are converted to and from PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction; the applicable rate will be displayed before you confirm the transaction.
522win reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where a betting market is suspended, where a stake exceeds applicable account limits, or where the Platform detects behaviour consistent with arbitrage, bonus abuse, or exploitation of pricing errors. Bets placed after an event has started (other than designated in-play markets) are void.
All PSL, international cricket, and other sports betting markets on 522win are governed by the specific event and market rules displayed within the Platform at the time of placement. In the event of a match interruption, abandonment, or result revision by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board), 522win's cricket market settlement rules — as published in the Platform's help section — apply.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the 522win Platform holds its gaming authorisation. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may hold as a consumer in Pakistan.
In the event of a dispute concerning a bet settlement, account transaction, or promotional claim, Players should first raise the matter through the 522win customer support channel. 522win aims to resolve all first-contact support queries within 24 hours. Complex cases — including those involving KYC holds, withdrawal disputes, or alleged account compromise — will be escalated to the 522win compliance team and resolved within five (5) business days.
If a Player is not satisfied with the resolution provided by 522win support, the dispute may be escalated in writing to the 522win compliance department by contacting [email protected]. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and provide a written decision within ten (10) business days of receiving the escalation.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
